As Founder and Principal of Sindhu K Coaching and Consulting LLC, I’m dedicated to leaders and their teams on the learning journey to transformation. I’ve spent the last 20 years as a consultant serving senior leaders driving social impact both in corporate and philanthropic environments.

Most recently, I was a Principal on the ESG and Social Impact team of Point B - a national management consulting firm where I advised corporate social impact and philanthropic clients. Prior to this, I led a team of consultants as Managing Partner at The Giving Practice - a boutique consulting group serving institutional foundations. I’ve held roles in strategy consulting at Deloitte Consulting, the Center for Effective Philanthropy, and at community-based nonprofit organizations.

I’m currently pursuing my certification from the Hudson Institute of Coaching, and I’m a LUMA certified Human-Centered design facilitator. I hold an MPA from Columbia University and a BA with honors from UC Berkeley. I live in Seattle with my husband and two children, and love travel, music, reading, and the outdoors.
