STRATEGIC PLANNING

I partner with social impact teams to develop values, goals, and strategies for more meaningful change. I believe in co-designing the process to foster more collaboration, learning, and sustainable results.

Team DEVELOPMENT

I design engaging, fun, and productive workshop experiences for corporate, nonprofit, and philanthropic teams and leaders. I bring decades of expertise in facilitating workshops that build on the wisdom in the room and unleash the power of diverse perspectives.

Leadership coaching

I coach senior leaders 1:1 and in groups to achieve their personal and professional goals. I’ve advised leaders in large and small organizations, both in corporate, philanthropic, and nonprofit settings. I am passionate about being a partner on the pathway for growth, and supporting leaders as they build more resilience, confidence, and joy in their work.
